Students with Disabilities

For students diagnosed with learning disabilities, there are extensive resources to help with successful transition to college. Work closely with your counselors and support team to ensure you are aware of all the opportunities available to you.

• IDEA:  A US Department of Education organization to educate students about their rights and responsibilities as a college bound student with disabilities.
• Scholarships.com :  Links to colleges and universities with strong support for students with learning disabilities.
• HEATH Resource Center:  The HEATH Resource Center is an online clearinghouse on education resources for students with disabilities including information on support services, policies, procedures, adaptations and access.
