What is CTE?
CTE "Career Technical Education" is a program of study that involves a multiyear sequence of courses that integrates core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers. CTE classes tech students hands-on skills in a variety of industry sectors, which lead students to careers in a host of different fields. CTE students are also offered a variety of work-based learning opportunities, from guest speakers to job shadows and internships.
