🌟 Inspirational Mentors: Mr. Fleshman and Mr. Cole have been pivotal inspirations for Ryan throughout his high school journey. Their passion for teaching and ability to make learning enjoyable left a lasting impact on Ryan, particularly in the realm of mathematics.
🏈🏃♂️ Extracurricular Enrichment: Ryan shares, "I have been involved in Football, Track, DECA, and NHS. My experience has been changed greatly by these extracurriculars as NHS and DECA had me face my fears of presenting, and Football and Track taught me perseverance and the pursuit of perfection. These activities have instilled in him qualities of perseverance, leadership, and the courage to face challenges head-on.
🏋️♂️💯 Proudest Achievements: Ryan takes pride in his physical and academic accomplishments, from benching 225 lbs to achieving an exceptional 101% grade in Mr. Fleshman's Trigonometry class.
😄 Memorable Moment: A hilarious and memorable moment for Ryan was playing Texas Hold'em with friends, where unexpected twists and turns provided endless amusement. Ryan told us, "My favorite moment was playing Texas Hold'em with Kollin, Trace, and Theodore. It was great because Theodore was a spider and Kollin kept losing to him and his biggest fear is spiders."
📈 Personal Growth & Advice: Ryan reflects on his growth in mental and physical toughness since freshman year and offers valuable advice to incoming freshmen: Take your classes seriously and embrace the challenges that come your way.
📚 Favorite Class: American History to 1865 taught by Dr. Debrincat stands out as Ryan's favorite class. Despite its difficulty, the class honed his writing skills and taught him the art of crafting compelling narratives.
🚗🎮 Away from School: When away from school, Ryan enjoys working on his truck or immersing himself in the world of video games on his Xbox.
💭 One Wish: "If I had one wish it would be that inflation wasn't a thing because a Ford F-150 shouldn't be worth $100,000."
