Our Wilson PBIS team has put together this March Madness!
Each class received printed out basketballs.
Students write on the basketballs what their goals are past high school. Then have them place them around the basketball hoop/ wall area.
Some examples of goals past high school can be a four year college, two year college, technology school, cosmetology school, diesel mechanics, dental hygienist, etc.. It's important to note that there is not only one path to success. Half the battle is believing that they can! Many of our students have not heard about these opportunities that are even directly in our community.
If our fabulous counselor taught a career lesson in your class you can also connect this activity to that.
