Jim Schlarbaum
A shout out to our school counselor, Jim Schlarbaum, during School Counselor Appreciation Week. He has served the students at Wilson Elementary for seven years. Counselors teach the K-5 guidance curriculum, lead the district's Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) efforts, and work with small groups or individual students as needed. He also assists with the DARE instruction.
