Students at Eisenhower, Horace Mann, James, Liberty, and Wilson Elementary Schools participated in an Artist in Residence program earlier this week. The artist was Robert Tindle, a composer. Ottumwa was part of a two-week residency where he will teach and speak with hundreds of students and adults throughout southern Iowa.
The event was sponsored the Southeast Iowa Symphony.
