The Ottumwa Schools’ Prime Time Youth Care program will be open from 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Friday, January 31 at the NORTH location only. This is a change from the typical full-day release schedule due to some work being done in the Liberty Elementary gym. Prime Time provides fee-based care for elementary-aged students.
