The Ottumwa Public Library is participating in a pilot program to offer Tumblebooks to teachers, students, and parents of the Ottumwa Community School District. This service provides books, games, videos, and music geared to elementary-age children. Links to Tumblebooks can be found on school webpages and also under Parent Resources. This subscription is being expanded to provide access to the schools without the use of a library card. This pilot is available through March 2016.
