Abeny Kucha, guest speaker
Wilson will host a Dream Day Celebration in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday, January 18 at 2 p.m. in the school gymnasium. Special guests include: Abeny Kucha from Sudan, Africa, and students from Ottumwa High School.
Wilson and OHS students will share their dreams, past and current. Kucha, the featured speaker for the community celebration Monday evening, will challenge students to continue to realize their dreams. She will briefly share her story of struggle to realize the dreams she has.
