School and community pride are an essential part of our society. Pictured here is Mr. Anderson a Behavior Intervention Specialist with Konar, Marvin and Levi. Mr. Anderson has selected these three students to be featured for Paws-itively Ottumwa week at James Elementary. The motto of Paws-itively Ottumwa is "Learn Lead Belong" and these students have worked consistently hard at applying strategies they learn to continue to learn and belong in school. All three have earned the Bulldog Award and the Paw Award for their random acts of kindness. Mr. Anderson says that "these students apply what they learn, have worked hard this year and have truly internalized what it means to a Bulldog."
