It's Yoga Time!

Yoga has many health benefits! Some students in Mrs. Gardner's class have been staying after school to get in some yoga time before they have to leave for the bus or home. Yoga helps reduce stress and anxiety, improves flexibility, balance, range of motions, strength, and much more! Students know that Mrs. Gardner practices yoga and were excited to try it out as well as the more difficult poses. Pictured here are three students in the class trying out yoga for the 1st time!
