Families at James Elementary will have an opportunity to prepare a meal together and then enjoy the fruits of their labor.
ISU Extension and Food Corp is sponsoring a Family Cooking Night at James on Monday, December 12 from 5:30-7 p.m. The event is free to all families at James Elementary.
This family-oriented cooking night is designed to help families spend time together in a fun, relaxed environment filled with fresh vegetables, good food, and games. Participants will try some new menu options and take home recipes. Adults must accompany children. Registration is required by calling 682-5491.
