Lucia "escapes" from a burning house with the help of two firemen!
On Thursday, October 10, 2019, the Ottumwa Fire Department brought their Fire Prevention Program to Horace Mann Kindergarten and Second Grade classes. Students were given information to avoid potential home fires and how to escape safely from a burning house. OFD hopes to give children the tools to use in real world situations. You are encouraged to practice your own home escape plan today!
