On Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 4:00 p.m., Ottumwa Elementary School 5th Graders will compete in the annual Book Bowl. Book Bowl is a quiz competition based upon reading a selection of 8 Iowa Children's Choice Award Books. This year the Horace Mann Team made "Good Luck" cards for each of the teams at other schools. Team sponsors were very pleased with their show of compassion for the other competitors. The event is held in the OHS cafeteria and is open to the public.
