Seven OHS seniors opened and read their fifth grade time capsules this week.
The annual tradition is part of Ann Weilbrenner's fifth grade classroom at Horace Mann Elementary. Each year, her class creates time capsules, answering questions about current events, their current likes, and their dreams for the future. When the students are seniors, she meets with them and shares their time capsules.
The students enjoy the walk down memory lane. This year, only seven students remained from Weilbrenners fifth grade classroom seven years ago.
