Dizzy the Clown was at Horace Mann on Thursday, May 24, 2018 to promote the Ottumwa Public Library's Summer Reading Program which runs from June 1 - August 10, 2018. Dizzy's presentation was "Reading Around the World" and our three participants were celebrating Hawaii USA! The Summer Reading Program includes prizes and entertainment.
