The 17th Annual Book Bowl was held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. The Horace Mann Team, "Colorful Covers" placed 2nd in the competition in which students answer questions about 9 Iowa Children's Choice Award winning books. Students work hard to read all of the books and practice quizzing each other with questions before the competition. Talise Plate was a Master Quizzer and Elise Hayes was a two-time Master Quizzer - they answered 4 questions correctly in a round. Congratulations to all of our Book Bowl participants!
