What do candy and math have in common? Architecture. Fifth grade students designed and constructed houses using candy as the building material and frosting as the cement. Students carefully designed their houses measuring sides and creating blue prints. Using graham crackers and chocolate for walls, students constructed their houses decorating them with additional candy tidbits.
