Pumpkins Geography Makes Learning Hands On

Fifth graders used their Halloween pumpkins to learn about geography in Mrs. Weilbrenner's and Mrs. Brown's classrooms on Wednesday. Pumpkins came in a variety of sizes. Students stapled the continents to the pumpkins after drawing the equator and prime meridian. Oceans were then indicated with magic marker.
