Agassiz and Wildwood Elementary Schools will host a READ Night on Tuesday, September 10. Agassiz will host their event from 5-6 p.m. and Wildwood from 6-7 p.m.
The event is designed to provide parents with information on how to support reading instruction at home. For kindergarten students, parents will learn how to support reading. Teachers will model activities and every student will receive a free book.
First grade parents will learn more about how students learn to read. Teachers will model activities that can be done at home to support reading. First graders will also receive a free book.
After the brief classroom programs, parents and students can tour the building and enjoy a snack in the gym.
