Ottumwa Community Schools will host tours for the public of Douma Elementary School on Wednesday, September 10 from 4:30-6 p.m. There will be a formal ribbon cutting at 4:45 p.m. at the front entrance. The entire community is invited to come and celebrate the remodeling of Douma and Ottumwa’s first kindergarten/first grade school.
