Dear Parent or Guardian:
At the beginning of the school year, the Department of Human Services (DHS) notified us that your student
qualifies for direct certification (DCRT) and therefore your student was not assessed student fees. DCRT
students qualify for free student fees ONLY with the completion of a Fee Waiver Form. If you are receiving
this message, we do not have a Fee Waiver Form on file for your student. Please find a printable copy of
the Fee Waiver Form HERE.
The Fee Waiver Form must be completed and returned to your student’s building secretary no later than
April 28, 2023 to avoid the 2022-2023 fees being assessed. These fees include but are not limited to:
• Resource Fee
• Instrument Rental Fees
• Solo Day Fee
• Uniform Rental
• Marching Band Fee
