Three OCSD staff members were nominated Bulldogs of the Week for the week of February 28. Congratulations to Stephen Livingston, Jessica Dawdy, and Bethany Harp.
Stephen Livingston - As a level III teacher at OHS for the past four years, Steve loves the team atmosphere of the school, including all the associates he works with. Together, they work to ensure that their students are prepared to be successful when they enter the adult world.
Jessica Dawdy - Jessica has been a counselor at Evans Middle School for the past three years and loves her job. As a counselor, she loves helping students realize they can achieve their dreams and overcome any obstacle they face. "I'm their biggest cheerleader," she said. Working at Evans is like being part of a big family. "The students and staff are amazing," she said. Being a Bulldog to her means never giving up and striving to be the best.
Bethany Harp - Bethany has been a Bulldog her entire life. As a preschool teacher at Pickwick, she sees her job as building the foundation for learning. She loves watching her students grow and helping them fall in love with learning at an early age. "I love my job and can't see myself anywhere else," she said.
