Three Ottumwa staff members were nominated Bulldogs of the Week for the week of February 14. Congratulations to Jenna Hoskins, Taelyn Sines, and Jeremy Allar.
Jenna Hoskins - Jenna has worked for the district seven years, the past five as secretary at Douma Elementary. She is honored to work at Douma and hopes she is making a positive difference in the lives of the students, parents, and staff who work and learn at Douma. She called the school "a happy place" and is proud to be part of a district that strives to be the best.
Taelyn Sines - As a sixth grade literacy teacher at Evans Middle School, Taelyn loves creating positive relationships with people. She grew up with great teachers and strives to be the same positive influence for her students.
Jeremy Allar - Jeremy teaches life sciences to Ottumwa High School students in grades 9-12. He has a passion for life sciences and wants to share that with others. Jeremy hopes his students leave OHS as the best version of themselves and continue to build on that for the rest of their lives.
