Ottumwa Schools will host a 5-12 Holiday Concert on Sunday, December 12 at 2 p.m. in the OHS auditorium. This concert marks the return to a full 5-12 band concert since the Covid pandemic. The concert will be a great way to get in the spirit of the holidays!
The program includes:
- Fifth grade band, under the direction of Kylee Martin, will perform Cuckoo, Hot Cross Buns, Merrily We Roll Along, Good King Wenceslas, and Jolly Old St. Nicholas.
- Sixth grade band, under the direction of Kylee Martin, will perform Holiday Rock and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
- Seventh and eighth grade band, under the direction of Pam De Boer, will perform Fantasia on a Catalonian Carol and Twenty Carols in 2 Minutes. Power Point by Bella Sherwood and Kaelyn Brandt.
- OHS band, under the direction of Troy Gerleman, will perform Dashing Through The Snow, Greensleeves, and The Bells of Christmas.
