Students and families in Ottumwa's Home School Assistance Program helped prepare for the community Thanksgiving meal. More than 40 students and their families volunteered to bag rolls; cut and box pies and desserts; and clean out delivery coolers. We boxed over 2,000 pieces of pie/cakes/cupcakes/ and over 2,500 rolls. The saying that many hands makes light work was definitely the case!
