State Baseball Begins Thursday

The OHS baseball team begins their quest for a state title on Thursday against Pleasant Valley at 11 a.m. at Duane Banks Field on the University of Iowa campus in Iowa City. Gates open at 10 a.m. Please note that all persons taking the shuttle must wear a mask.

TICKETING

Tickets will be sold digitally through the IHSAA Tickets page and will be $10 per two-game session at each site. Quarterfinal and semifinal dates will feature four games daily, with each session consisting of the two early games and the two later games. ALLOWED & PROHIBITED ITEMS AT BANKS FIELD
Seat cushions, seat backs, factory-sealed water bottles and empty, refillable water bottles are allowed.

The following items are prohibited in Duane Banks Field:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Banners and signs
  • Coolers, kegs, camel backs, glass containers, backpack-style hydration systems, and canned or bottled
  • Beverages (other than factory-sealed water bottles)
  • Large lens cameras (6′′ or more) or tripods
  • Noisemakers, horns, bugles or any disruptive devices
  • Pets (service animals allowed)
  • Strollers
  • Tobacco of any kind (including e-cigarettes)
  • Umbrellas
  • Video cameras
  • Weapons of any kind
