Kathy Mobley
I have taught in the Ottumwa School District for the last 35 years. I had the opportunity of teaching at Horace Mann, Douma, Pickwick, and Evans Middle School. Some of the highlights of my career while teaching in the Ottumwa School District were winning the Great Prairie sixth grade math bee many times. Placing second one year and winning the Iowa State Math Bee. As a math coach at Evans my team won the Great Prairie eighth grade math bee. I also developed the sixth grade wax museum. While being a CIL at Evans I have had the opportunity to work with many different curriculums and be a driving force in the implementation of PLCS. My fondest memory at Ottumwa is all the wonderful people I have had the fortune to work with and the friendships both adults and students I have made along the way.
