    Welcome to English class with Mrs. Thomas. Whether you are joining me in English II, AP III, or Philosophy in Literature, we are certain to have an engaging and productive year. 

    Please use this website to keep yourself up to date on assignments, handouts, deadlines, class news, general information, links to other websites, etc. See the list below to see how to use the different features.

    • Calendar: Assignments are listed on the day they are due. When a handout can be attached, they will be. Please just click on the assignment to download the "document."
    • News: This will be used mainly as the "Update" board is used in class--to notify all of you of a change in a deadline on the calendar. I will also post miscellaneous news for all classes as appropriate throughout the year.
    • Links: Use this to section to familiarize yourself with frequently used course websites, such as TurnItIn.com
    • Assignments: Use this section to see a list-view of the assignments—daily, in-class work and homework—listed on the calendar.
    • Essays/Projects/Tests: Use this link to see a list-view of course major essays, projects, tests/quizzes listed on the calendar. 
    • Course Documents: This is where you can find copies of major course documents, the documents for recurring assignments, copies of rubrics, etc.
