I have been teaching at Mariner High School for the past 15 years and this is my 27th year teaching in the Mukilteo School District.  I graduated from Washington State University.  I earned my Masters Degree in Education from GCU. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with family, backpacking, coaching soccer, running with my dog Bender, and working on remodeling my house.  My philosophy when teaching Physical Education emphasizes meeting students where they are on their health and fitness journey and helping them work toward improvement.
