Mrs. Parker is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has two Master's degrees from the  University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has taught for thirteen years, having taught 3rd and 5th grade.  Before teaching, she had a career in health care management at a local hospital. Mrs. Parker is married with two sons, who were Chiefs and Spartans! One practices law and accounting and the other is using his MBA in the banking industry.
