Mrs. Davis is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is beginning her 20th year of teaching, having been at Cherokee Bend for the last five years and previously teaching in the third and fourth grades. She is very excited about being your fifth grade science teacher! Mrs. Davis is married to Doug and has twin daughters, Molly and Emily, who also work in education. Mrs. Davis and her family have two dogs: an American bulldog named Banjo,  and her favorite, a French bulldog named Bruce. When Mrs. Davis is not at school, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. Running, being outside, and reading are her favorite pastimes! 

Mrs. Davis is looking forward to meeting the scientist in each and every one of her students!
