Note: Honors Choir is offered as either a semester or yearlong elective.
Prerequisite for 9th Grade: JH Choir, Glee Club or Audition
Entrance for 8th Grade is by audition.
Honors Choir is an advanced, performing choir for MBJH students.
Sight-singing abilities and music theory are strengthened, enabling students to proficiently perform two- and three-part literature in treble and bass clef.
Students continue to sing a varied repertoire of music, including selections in two languages.
Participation in all performances is required.
