• *As of  August 2015, in a presentation by ALSDE officials, any agreement or MOA entered into by the ALSDE in regard to online resources purchased/procured  for the use of school systems also covers said school systems UNLESS the school system decides to expand those services as is the case of when districts enter into an agreement with Chalkable to host the product and data.
