  • Parent Teacher Conferences
    • During the last week of September team time would be dedicated to preparation time for Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC).
    • The first week of October team time would also be dedicated to preparing for Parent Teacher Conferences OR scheduling conferences during the 2:00-3:15 time.
    • Monday, October 10 from 2:00-3:15 would be open for teachers to meet with parents for PTC.
    • Tuesday, October 11 from 12:00-6:15 would be open for teachers to meet with parents for PTC. From 12:00-2:00 all specialists and aides would supervise a school wide activity to allow teachers to be available for conference appointments.
  • Ongoing communication will consist of:
    • Within ten days of receiving essential data points the information will be shared with parents
    • Positive messages about the child academics and behavior
    • Messages that are delivered in the parent’s preferred method, including opportunities for face-to-face communication when desired
    • Opportunities for parents to respond directly to the communication received

  • Picture Day Heroes
    • Picture Day Heroes (volunteers), play an essential role in helping your school and students have a successful Picture Day. We suggest that you recruit a couple of Picture Day Heroes to assist on picture day. In return, they will receive a coupon toward the purchase of their child's portrait package.

    • October 5th- District Flu, COVID, and Adult Immunization Clinic at District Office 2:30-5:00 PM
    • October 10th- Community Council Meeting @ 3:00 PM in Faculty Lounge
