• Adams Elementary will increase the number of students scoring composite above benchmark (blue) on Acadience from BOY to EOY by 2% higher than the previous year
• 22-23 (19% increase) 23-24 (21% increase)
• Adams Elementary will increase the number of ELL students who exit (4.5 or higher) on the 2023-2024 WIDA test by three students
• Trust land fund ideas:
• Leadership Training in Summer
• Team time in the summer (2 extra days)
• ELL support aide - Next Year we will have a 1/2 time ELL teacher.
• Behavior support aide - Support for in-school suspension, wellness room, etc.
• Data Dive - food
• Conference Fees
• Sub for team time
• Realia with a knowledge-building curriculum
• ex: study insects- $ for a trip to insect lab or butterflies
• Programs (Lexia, Relex, etc.)
• Instructional Assistants
• The council discussed which of the above are most important, it was discussed that those with aids and people are most important.
• Team time in the summer to incorporate the new CKLA curriculum
• Feeding the teachers is a nice thing (2 times a year for Data Dives)
