• 90% average daily attendance. We need to increase it by 5-6%
• Working with individual families who are struggling to get to school.
• Christmas Concert
• Some concerns have been brought up concerns from some families about if we need to bring it back at night during December.
• The council discussed if they want to reinstate the christmas concert.
• Discussion: December is so busy it is nice not having one more thing. All kids are involved.
• Yearbook
• We will have one this year but we are thinking about not doing it in the future.
• They can be very meaningful when people grow up.
• Yes, we want one but we need to simplify it and maybe work toward getting some sponsors to give some away for free.
• Maybe have families have an option to buy one for another family.
