Welcome to Logan Middle School’s Panther Basketball

Our philosophy, as well as that of the WIAA, is to have fun while working hard to develop and improve on the necessary skills of the game. We also believe in instilling good sportsmanship and fair play in our athletes. To have a successful season, we need players to commit to the following things:

*Demonstrate the core values at all times: responsibility, compassion, respect, honesty, self-discipline, perseverance, and giving.

*All athletes need to be registered on the Online Athletic Registration site by the first day of practice. Players will not be able to participate until these forms are filled out.

*Attending practice and games is mandatory. All absences and tardies are considered unexcused. Players must bring a note from home if you miss practice, and a note from a teacher if you are late to practice! Players need to be dressed and ready to stretch out by 2:55.

*Dress appropriately for practice (Tennis shoes, shorts, practice jersey, etc.)

*Players must wear your complete uniform for games.

*Players must sit with the team while the games are being played.

*Players may ride home with your parent from a game…AFTER THEY SIGN A DECLINE OF TRANSPORTATION WITH THE COACH!

*Players are expected to follow all school policies. Unexcused absences from school will make them ineligible for the next game.

**PLAYERS**

Remember that you are representing yourself, Logan Middle School and the entire team. Represent them in a way that would make everyone proud!
