Hey there! My name is Mason McCulloch, and I am so excited to be one of the sixth-grade science teachers here at HIS. I am originally from Prattville, Alabama and attended Troy University where I studied Environmental Science. I love getting to explore all things in nature, but most of my time has been spent working with plants and aquatic macroinvertebrates.
In addition to teaching, I am also currently a student pursuing my Master's in Science Education. I am so honored to have the opportunity to get to help our students find and explore their passions as we cover Earth and Space science together.
“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
