I LOVE TEACHING!

I still get excited just knowing that I am a teacher and have the opportunity to impact so many lives. An Awesome responsibility!

This is my 22nd year teaching, as I taught Kindergarten for 11 years in Devers, and I taught 2nd grade for 2 years. The rest of my teaching experience has been teaching 1st grade at Hardin Elementary. 

I love 1st grade because I get to teach my students how to read and that is a gift that will last a lifetime.  I am originally from Liberty but have lived in Hardin since 1999. Hardin is where my husband and I raised all three of my grown children. We have a lot of animals and we love taking care of them all. I have five grandchildren and we love it when we can spend time with them.
