Facilities

To request the use of facilities at Hallsville R-IV School District please follow the steps below. 

Informal Use: Examples include but are not limited to walking/running at the track or small group practice, not exceeding 6 participants.  This type of use doesn't require a reservation or permission from the school district.

Formal Use: Any group practice or function consisting of more than 6 participants by non-school community groups/teams. Hours available for use, if not otherwise being used for school programs, are Monday – Friday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. and  Saturday/Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Formal use of school facilities will require the following items: 

• Proof of liability insurance on file with the district

• Signed team liability waiver on file with the district

• Abide by all policies and procedures outlined by the Hallsville School District Facility Use Guidelines

• Completion and approval of the school Facility Request Form.

• No lights will be available unless special arrangements are made in advance. 

All requests made for facility usage on weekends and after the school day (3:30 p.m. and on), must be submitted to the Facilities Office at least 7 days in advance using the link below.  A confirmation email will then be sent. If additional set-up is required (tables/chairs), please provide this information in the form so that coordination between the Facilities and Operations Departments can be made.
