Good Morning, I would like to clear up a few issues with our online attestation process. Of course, if you have any further questions please email to health@gccs.us or call the school. • Why did we switch from a monthly to daily attestation? We switched based on the recommendation by the Schoharie County Department of Health in response to the alarming growth of COVID-19 cases in the county. • Can we do the attestation the night before? The answer is no as we want to make sure you (staff member) or your child’s temperature is below 100° in the morning prior to coming to school. The system will open at 5:00 AM and close at the end of the school day allowing anyone coming into the school to use the same system. • I have no technology; how do I do this? Please call the school and let the nurse’s office know and we will send home a paper copy which you will fill out daily and your child can hand it in when they come through the entrance doors in the morning. • I do not fit into the categories listed? We have updated the location as well as the groups. If you feel there should be any other change please let us know. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you. Picture Retake Day! Lifetouch School Portraits will be here again at Gilboa-Conesville Central School on: Thursday, January 14th (for elementary students and students in grades 8, 11 and 12) and Friday, January 15th (for students in grades 7, 9 and 10) Students needing retakes: all packages are to be returned to the photographer on retake day. If you need a new order form, please contact Mrs. Merwin at the school. Faculty and Staff members please show up during the times stated. New students or Students, Faculty and Staff members who were absent please be sure to have your photo taken on this day for yearbook purposes. Seniors who missed the first photo day should make every effort to have their photo taken on this date so we have a photo available for graduation publications.

There will be an emergency Board of Education meeting tonight, January 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. Attendance is limited to 10 people, per NYSDOH meeting guidelines. This includes the Board of Education members, Administration and the District Clerk. A link to the view the meeting will be posted this afternoon.
