The CUHSD “Living La Vida Healthy” Wellness Program strives to improve the health and well-being of all CUHSD employees through voluntary health and wellness programs. The goal is: to promote a healthier lifestyle, encourage employees to participate in physical activities, build comradery, have fun and provide spaces for education in areas of mental health, nutrition and overall health and wellness.
