The School Social Worker is a vital link between home, school, and community to provide support services that impact students' academic achievement and social success.  Services range from social, emotional, and behavioral support, crisis intervention, and problem-solving with students and families to community referrals, connections to needed resources, and various attendance interventions.  School Social Workers are members of the Student Support Services Team for students, families, staff and the community.
