    We are excited you are joining us at the HIVE. Starting a new school can be stressful for the student and PARENT! But don't worry; we are here to help make this transition as simple as possible. 

    If you are a new enrollment and have never attended a school in Caldwell County, follow these steps:

    • Complete an online application or pick up a paper packet from the office
    • Required Documentation (can be uploaded at the bottom of the online application or brought to the office)
      • Birth Certificate
      • Immunization Record (if you do not have this but live in NC, we can look this up)
      • Proof of Residency (acceptable forms: rental/purchase agreement, utility bill but MUST be dated within the past 30 days, vehicle registration) 
      • Photo ID of Parent(s) / Guardian(s) enrolling student
      • Custody Papers
      • NC Health Assessment (only required for students enrolling from out of state and no previous NC school) Most medical offices have this form or you can ask for a copy in the office. The NC Health Assessment is due within the first 30 days of the student's enrollment. 

    If you previously attended a school in Caldwell County, follow these steps:

    • Complete an online application or pick up a paper packet from the office
    • Required Documentation (can be uploaded at the bottom of the online application or brought to the office)
        • Proof of Residency (acceptable forms: rental/purchase agreement, utility bill but MUST be dated within the past 30 days, vehicle registration) 
        • Photo ID of Parent(s) / Guardian(s) enrolling student

    Hudson Middle will request records once the online application and required documentation are received. Any missing documentation can cause the enrollment process to be delayed. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need additional assistance. Our office hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
