Mrs. Elizabeth Weigel

I am so excited about being the 6th grade school counselor at Concord Middle School for the 2022-2023 school year. This will be my 7th year at CMS and I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year.

I will be working with students in whole class settings, small groups, and one-on-one. I can help students in the areas of personal, social, emotional, career and/or college readiness. My office is always a safe space and I am always here to listen.

I moved to Concord when I was in the 3rd grade. I went to Coltrane-Webb 3-5th grade, attended CMS in the "old building", and then graduated from Concord High School. After graduation, I attended UNCG and Salem College. After college, I lived in South Carolina, Kansas, New York (City), and different cities in NC before coming back to Concord. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading, exercising, and being around water- lakes, pools, ocean, etc.
