Hello students and parents!

My name is Steven Walker! I have been working in the field of drafting for over 22 years (Architecture, Landscaping, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Civil, Land Surveying). I have an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technology from Forsyth Technical Community College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in School Administration from UNC Charlotte. I have been teaching at the high school level for 18 years (full-time) and at RCCC for 6 years (part-time).

I'm excited to share my experiences and knowledge of the Architectural and Engineering Fields of Work with the students and hope that they are inspired to continue with their pursuit of a career in the field of Drafting.
