Regina Fields

Regina Fields was originally born in Chicago, IL. She went to college at ECPI College of Technology to receive her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. She soon went on to further her education at Johnson C. Smith University to receive her Bachelors Degree in Criminology. Regina interned at the Guardian Ad Litem in Charlotte, North Carolina. Also, she did another Internship with the Focus Program under Anuvia. Where she was supervised and mentored under Mr. Kevin Thomas. Throughout her life she has always wanted to work with Adolescents.

 After Graduating she went on to work for the Department of Public Safety for Four Years. Where she started off as a Correctional Officer however soon promoted to Correctional Case Manager.  Regina briefly worked at Alternative Behavior Stategies before coming to Cabarrus County Schools. Regina has dedicated her life to children not just as mother of her two sons Ethan whose 12 and Elijah who is 8. She's also volunteer coaches sports for the YMCA and Cubmaster for Scouts.

 Out of everything that has happened in her life. Regina sees her hero as her Aunt without her she doesn't know where she would've ended up today. Regina wanted to be the 1st out of her immediate family along with her twin sister to graduate high school and college and she did. She get's her inspiration and motivation from her friends, her son(s), and her mentors. Regina believes that you have to keep your head up and keep moving forward and if you need help their is plenty of people willing to help.
