Greetings,
My name is Tanisha but please call me Tan! I am a Behavior Modification Technician for Cabarrus County Schools- serving since the 2018-2019 school year. I have been working in the mental health field since 2013. I began my journey in the wilderness camp setting, focusing on the rehabilitation of at-risk youth. Over the years, I have continued to support youth treatment centers as well as crisis shelters. My passion lies in helping youth learn the importance of building positive relationships. My goal is to help students become more productive citizens within their communities.
I encourage my students daily to see their true potential. It is an honor to be a part of the BMT “A” team as I continue to grow and develop within the field. To all teachers and supports as always-- “thanks for what you do!”
