Just a little about me:

I was born and raised in Columbus, OH (GO BUCKEYES!). I went to undergrad at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, OH. I majored in Athletic Training and minored in Physical Education. I received my Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI. I have worked in several schools and colleges as an Athletic Trainer and Educator. My family consists of my husband, Jason and my two daughters, Marsie and Maelyn.   I love working out, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends!
 
I am a firm believer and advocate in staying fit, being active, and eating healthy!
